I want to tell you how pleased we were with the pipe and drape setup that
Gaithersburg Party Rental provided for our Fair at the Holiday Inn in Rosslyn, VA.
Everyone felt that the look was superior to that which we had with our previous vendor.
The black drapes provided an excellent backdrop for the display of art, and the elimination
of the low side panels made for a more spacious and neater appearance of the room. 
We were particularly pleased with Tetze's suggestion to utilize doubled drapes for 
the back-to-back booths. I enjoyed working with Tetze Hunzelman on the design process,
and we were pleased with the costs. The crew was very efficient and accommodating in
both the installation and the take-down processes; they arrived timely and were courteous
and easy to work with. We look forward to working with you and your team again next year.

I had called about 5 party rental places in search of renting tables and chairs for my son’s graduation party with no luck. All had large minimums to qualify for delivery and pick up. Some were far away. No one cared that I did not have a truck to pick them up, some places wanted me to return on Monday so I’d have to take off work. It was a take it or leave it proposition. Yeech! When I called they found a great solution for us and had our tables and chairs picked up and delivered at a really great price. Bill Tetlow was great to work with and understands customer service. I will not go anywhere else. Don’t waste your time calling other places if you want customer service!

We used this rental company over the weekend for tables and chairs plus delivery and I really cannot say enough good things. Frank was overly helpful in getting my contract finalized. I called to add or subtract things multiple times and every time he updated the invoice and emailed it right over. Carlos the delivery man could not have been more patient or kind. I would definitely recommend this place and use it again myself.

From the bottom of my heart, please accept a sincere ‘thank you’ for being a part of a disaster recover situation. Your guys are extremely helpful, well behaved and professional. Every Indian family in the party was sincerely impressed with how you guys managed to deal with the problem. Half a dozen people asked me for your information. I am looking forward to a long term relationship. There is only one party rental place I know now. Please take a moment to congratulate your guys. You are lucky to have a crew that you have.

I wanted to let you know your staff was professional, quick and polite. I
know it’s hard to find good work, figured you guys would like to hear good
things about the folks working for you.

It was 4:45 pm on a Thursday and my company were in a bind to find a stage accessory for a conference that was starting at 7:00 am the following day. I live in Denver, so I had to make blind calls around to vendors in the DC area with only a Google search to guide me. Seeing that most vendors were closed or too busy to help me, I was running out of luck. When I called Gaithersburg Party Rentals, Frank was eager to help me and agreed to drive the 20 miles to the conference hotel and install the equipment that very night! In just a matter of hours, Frank was at the hotel putting our stage accessory together. When I had questions about the set-up, he Face-Time me so I could get a view of the ballroom and the stage and we walked through the details step by step. Frank was able to install just what we needed and our conference went off without a hitch. The level of service(and speediness) that I received from Frank and Gaithersburg Rentals has made such a positive difference; not only for my company. but for the overall client experience of our conference attendees. I would recommend them to anyone looking for superb treatment.
