In case there is a severe weather alert, here are a few precautions to prevent injury or tent collapse.
1- Do not occupy the tent during the snowstorm.
Only authorized personnel should be under the tent for maintenance purposes.
2- Prevent laking and snow build-up.
Laking occurs when water collects on the tent canvas, usually at the corners.
To prevent laking and snow build-up, push the water or snow off the tent using a broom handle from the underside.
3-Tent Heaters
Running the tent heaters help to melt snow and ice so that it may be removed easier.
4-Call us immediately if you have any concerns about the stability of the tent.
